Click on "Basic Network Troubleshooting" to learn which steps you can take at your site to troubleshoot any possible network or hardware error - This documentation can also be used for general network problems, like technically finding out if "the Internet is down" or not. Print this info - it will be usable.

ClassAct Management
This program is installed on the Teacher Management Station which allows running reports, monitoring students, etc. Please post specific questions concerning ClassAct Management here.
Middle School Student Response System (SRS)
For the SRS System to operate properly, Microsoft Office must be completely installed on the master machine (2003/7)
